Costumer may return a product within 14 days. The 14-day period starts from the day the consumer accepted the product.
We only accept returned items in their original resalable condition - unused, with original tags and labels and packaging if applicable.
We will refund you the costs to the same Bank / Credit Card / PayPal account from which we received the payment within 14 days after receiving the parcel back.
If the parcel cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect phone number, wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver), or if the customer refuses to collect the parcel, the parcel will be returned to the sender Era Underground in Ukraine at customer's expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax fees. The amount will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded.
*We refund money for the goods only in the event of a defect. If you just change your mind, it is unfortunately impossible to return the item.
